Job summary

Beachmere Hotel in Brisbane is seeking skilled Chefs and Cooks to join a busy kitchen team and deliver modern café fare in a casual setting.

You will work under the head chef, bring high standards, lead staff during service, and uphold HACCP and food safety practices.

Flexibility across 7 days and nights is required; visa/residency must be valid for the role.

To be considered for these exciting positions, you must possess the following:

• Excellent technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles
• Experience leading staff during service
• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
• Excellent organisational skills & grooming standards
• Understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP
• You will have a valid working visa / residency – this is essential to this role. We do not consider short-term applicants.

• Flexible availability of a 7 day/night roster
