Mingara Recreation Club is seeking a Full-Time Baker to join our dynamic hospitality team on the Central Coast. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will bring passion for baking, focus on quality and contribute to a supportive kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in baking, pastry or a commercial kitchen environment.
• Genuine passion for baking and producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Ensure all products consistently meet quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Follow all food safety, workplace health, and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with stock control, product preparation, and daily kitchen operations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
