Reporting to the Head Chef, we have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Baker to join our team. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic hospitality environment. Whether you are a qualified chef with a love for baking or an experienced baker ready for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

About You

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a baking, pastry, or commercial kitchen environment
• A genuine passion for baking and creating high-quality products
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• A sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Creativity, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
• Ensure all products consistently meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Follow all food safety, workplace health, and hygiene procedures
• Assist with stock control, product preparation, and daily kitchen operations
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie, Baking, or a related qualification will be highly regarded but is not essential for candidates with relevant industry experience.

Your Commitment

Flexibility is essential, as we operate in a dynamic 7-day-a-week environment, 365 days a year. As such, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support the needs of the business.
