Mingara Recreation Club is seeking a Full-Time Baker to join our dynamic hospitality team on the Central Coast. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will bring passion for baking, focus on quality and contribute to a supportive kitchen culture.

We value initiative, reliability and a positive attitude, with flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced environment. Join a team dedicated to great food and memorable guest experiences.

Reporting to the Head Chef, we have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Baker to join our team.

• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie, Baking, or a related qualification will be highly regarded but is not essential for candidates with relevant industry experience.

Your Commitment

Flexibility is essential, as we operate in a dynamic 7-day-a-week environment, 365 days a year. As such, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support the needs of the business.
