Job summary

Securecorp is seeking a dedicated Monitoring Operator to join our 24/7 monitoring centre at head office in Mulgrave. This full-time role involves monitoring alarms and CCTV, identifying incidents, and coordinating with police and clients to ensure rapid response.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in monitoring, holds a current Monitoring Licence, and demonstrates strong communication and data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Monitoring Licence.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in monitoring.
• Experience in customer service or security/monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of Alarms and CCTV.
• Identification of potential incidents.
• Attending to high volume of outbound / inbound call.
• Liaison with police & our internal stakeholders and clients.
• Occasional Data Entry.
• Able to work in a Team Environment.
