AI Talent seeks an ICT Account Manager to own a diverse client portfolio across the technology sector in Australia. You will manage and grow relationships, identify opportunities, and tailor ICT solutions for each client.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in ICT account management or related B2B sales role.
• Strong understanding of ICT products, hardware, software, networking, cloud services, and managed IT solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with high client satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Manage and nurture existing client accounts and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop new business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Maintain knowledge of ICT product portfolio and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, tenders, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts per policy.
• Attend industry events and client meetings to build relationships.
