AI Talent in Sydney, NSW seeks an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of technology projects across the organisation. The role requires bridging technical and business stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and driving ICT initiatives in a dynamic environment with hybrid/remote options.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee risk, ensure governance, and deliver value while aligning with organisational strategies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience managing ICT projects in corporate or government environments.
• Proficiency in PM methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum.
• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and enterprise tech environments.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules with MS Project or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end ICT project delivery within timeframes and budgets.
• Analyse information needs and specify technology solutions.
• Contribute to ICT strategies, policies, and digital transformation plans.
• Oversee procurement and installation of ICT resources and training.
• Manage resources, scheduling, and task prioritisation across teams.
• Ensure security, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and governance reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve impediments.
