Job summary

Service Stream NSW is seeking a role focused on administering and optimising ODM operational systems, reporting and automation. You will support PMO leadership, deliver scalable reporting, manage access controls, and develop training materials to enable efficient delivery across ODM and CMDU programs.

Acting as a bridge between operations and systems, you will identify improvements and translate requirements into practical solutions, ensuring governance artefacts remain accurate and aligned with

Qualifications

• Experience in systems administration, reporting and analytics.
• Experience developing and supporting reports, dashboards and data visualisations.
• Experience administering business applications and access management.
• Experience designing or maintaining automations and digital workflows.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into practical IT solutions.
• Experience documenting processes, training materials and reference guides.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, configure and optimise operational systems and platforms.
• Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards and performance measures.
• Design and maintain automation solutions and digital workflows.
• Manage user access, security profiles and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain system records, templates and knowledge assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver improvements.
• Test, deploy and support new functionality and initiatives.
• Create process documentation and training materials.
• Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
