Qualifications

• Must have led or supervised a sales team and improved performance.

• Comfortable leading from the front and staying close to the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Melbourne sales team.
• Run daily sales meetings, activities and team competitions.
• Coach sales techniques, handle objections and close deals.
• Monitor individual and team performance against targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and performance discussions.
• Listen to sales calls and provide practical feedback.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new salespeople.
• Identify team members needing additional development.
• Create a positive, accountable, high-performance sales culture.
• Remain hands-on and support the team in achieving targets.
