Job summary

All Storage Systems in Shepparton is seeking a friendly Customer Service and Sales Administrator to front the showroom and phones. You will quote, follow up, enter orders, and keep the showroom and CRM running smoothly.

You’ll handle a mix of enquiries, process quotes and invoices, and support the sales team with follow-ups and administration, with training provided on HubSpot and product ranges.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception or customer service is desirable.
• Confident on the phone and able to make follow-up calls.
• Good communication with a range of people from tradies to corporate managers.
• Organised and accurate, able to handle interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Front of House: greet customers, answer calls, and direct enquiries.
• Sales Support: process quotes and sales orders, follow-ups, and invoicing.
• Office/Team Support: maintain reception area, stock, and supplies; assist with errands.
• Use HubSpot CRM to log interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with sales reps and management for smooth showroom operations.
