All Storage Systems in Shepparton is seeking a friendly Customer Service and Sales Administrator to front the showroom and phones. You will quote, follow up, enter orders, and keep the showroom and CRM running smoothly.
You’ll handle a mix of enquiries, process quotes and invoices, and support the sales team with follow-ups and administration, with training provided on HubSpot and product ranges.
Talent Right is proud to partner exclusively with All Storage Systems to recruit a capable, people-focused Customer Service and Sales Administrator to join their Shepparton team.
This is a front-of-house role with a lot in it. You are the first voice on the phone and the first face customers see when they walk through the door, and you'll also quote, follow up, enter orders, and keep the place running smoothly. If you want a quiet desk job in a narrow lane, this will not suit. If you like a day with real variety and you are the sort of person who sees what needs doing and gets on with it, keep reading.
About RDMP Investments/All Storage Systems
RDMP Investments is a family-owned Shepparton business that has been operating for more than thirty years, supplying storage and fit-out solutions across three divisions: All Storage Systems, All Sheds, and Seats Plus. This role sits within All Storage Systems, which specialises in industrial and commercial warehouse and office fit-outs (shelving, racking, and workbenches). If a customer needs something from All Sheds or Seats Plus, you'll just point them to the right salesperson.
Customers range from tradies kitting out their vehicles, through to warehouse and logistics operators, corporate office managers, and local homeowners planning a shed. The team is around twenty-five across sales, marketing, and operations, working out of one site with a showroom at the front.
About the Role
You will be the friendly face at the front desk and voice on the phone representing all divisions for the business, so a natural, people focused manner is key.
Every call into the business comes to you first. You will take the enquiry, work out whether you can help directly or whether it needs one of the sales team, and route it properly. The same goes for walk-ins, with five or more customers through the showroom door on an average day. Straightforward enquiries, a price for an office chair or a simple product question about shelving, you will handle yourself from start to finish.
Behind you, sits the sales administration. You will process quotes and orders, type up handwritten quotes from the sales team, enter orders for the reps out on the road, issue invoices, and keep HubSpot clean and current. Roughly a third of your week goes on this side of the job.
The part that matters most is the follow-up. When a quote goes out, you are the one who picks up the phone a day or two later to check it landed, answer any questions, and move it forward. This is not passive reception work. It takes confidence and a bit of tenacity.
HubSpot runs the CRM. Full training is provided, so prior experience with it is not needed.
