Job summary

AustruckX in Dandenong South is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales & Quoting Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on, office-based role focused on generating opportunities, preparing quotations, and ensuring profitable job costings.

You will manage HubSpot CRM, coordinate with design and production, and own opportunities from initial enquiry to order, with strong emphasis on margins and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot CRM and outbound sales.
• Ability to prepare accurate quotations and costings.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate and progress new sales opportunities.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations and develop job costings.
• Manage HubSpot CRM and pipeline, including quotes and follow-ups.
• Work with Design, Purchasing and Production to ensure costing accuracy and margins.
