Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead front-line operations and shape the customer experience. You will partner with the leadership team to ensure safe, well-stocked stores and guide team members to deliver outstanding service.

You will join a team focused on developing leadership capability and career growth, with shifts across mornings, days and evenings, seven days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required
• Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service
• Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment
• Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing
• Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty
• Look for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of new tools or processes
• Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job
