Job summary

Pacific National in Queensland is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead frontline train crews within the Queensland Coal network, based in Coppabella. You will oversee daily operations, drive safe, reliable service delivery and foster a positive team culture.

You'll focus on safety leadership, rostering, incident support and collaboration with planning teams to achieve operational outcomes, with full Australian working rights and a roaster that supports operational needs.

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights.
• Experience leading frontline rail/transport teams.
• Strong safety leadership record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and rosters.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance across operations.
• Manage train crew rostering and performance to meet service delivery needs.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, including onboarding of drivers.
• Support incident management and workplace issue resolution.
• Collaborate with planning and service delivery teams to achieve operational outcomes.
