Job summary

Pacific National is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead frontline train crews in the QLD Coal North network from Sarina, overseeing safety, performance and day-to-day operations across Sarina and the region.

You will develop a high-performing team, drive safety initiatives and collaborate with planning and service delivery to optimise outcomes while supporting onboarding and training for new drivers and staff.

About Your New Role

As an experienced Supervisor, you will join Pacific National's QLD Coal team, based in Sarina. You will lead frontline train crews and support operational activities across Sarina and the broader Coal North region, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable service delivery while fostering a high-performance team culture.

• Rail industry experience is advantageous but not essential
