Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for participants and stakeholders.

• Deliver front reception support and assist with self-service kiosks and online services.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and in person and refer to services as needed.
• Coordinate appointments and ensure accessibility for all participants.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records; log feedback and complaints.
