Job summary

QT Hotels & Resorts is seeking a guest services agent to welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure a seamless stay. You’ll be the face and fixer behind every arrival, delivering a memorable QT experience.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and attend to the guest’s needs and desires immediately.
• Offer a warm and friendly salutation to hotel guests as they enter and depart from the Hotel.
• Check guests in and out with efficiency and friendliness and in accordance with the established Hotel procedural guidelines.
• Process daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance to ensure rooms are prepared for arrivals.
• Communicate guest special requests to the appropriate department(s) and follow up to fulfil the request.
• Promptly action all guest messages and facsimiles.
• Report guest comments, particularly complaints, to Hotel management.
