Job summary

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Leads Guest Services Team; uses interpersonal skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
• Manages day-to-day Front Office operations and staff; understands positions to cover during absences.
• Establishes open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensures team alignment with goals.
• Ensures recognition of employees and communicates performance expectations per job descriptions.
• Drives guest satisfaction and financial performance; monitors budgets and operational metrics.
• Implements Front Office policies and SOPs; handles guest problems and service recovery.
