Oaks Perth Hotel in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team on a full-time basis. You will oversee guest reception, bookings, and daily operations to deliver exceptional service.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in a supervisory hotel role, strong people skills, and a proactive approach to customer service. Applicants must have working rights in Australia, and be available for a rotating shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience at a supervisor level within a hotel or resort environment.
• Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
• Understanding of Trust accounting
• A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding guest welcoming experience by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and maintaining front office standards.
• Meet guests on arrival and ensure they are settled in their rooms.
• Maintain professional communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings.
• Guide and support the team in providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and assist with daily reporting.
• Effectively manage roster to meet budgets.
• Support Hotel Manager with recruitment.
