Qualifications

• Experience leading Front Office Operations, with a track record as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Reservation systems experience is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking, organisation and time management under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible rotating schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel's day-to-day Front Office operations with expertise.
• Mentor and develop the Front Office Team.
• Collaborate with guests to resolve issues and find solutions.
• Assist with roster planning and preparation.
