Job summary

Peppers Salt Resort & Spa Kingscliff is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms pristine and ensure a memorable stay. You will clean rooms, restock supplies, and work with the housekeeping team to uphold our standards of hospitality.

The role involves physical work, weekend and holiday shifts, and collaboration with colleagues across departments to delight guests with spotless spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Friendly and welcoming communication style.
• Comfort with mobility between rooms via stairs and corridors.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all guest room sections, change linens, bathrooms and surfaces.
• Adhere to established guidelines to meet high cleanliness standards.
• Restock housekeeping trolleys and keep equipment organised.
• Use cleaning materials safely and maintain a secure environment.
• Respect guest privacy and report maintenance issues promptly.
