Job summary

The Wests Group Australia is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to join our Catering team, taking the lead during service and helping our members and guests enjoy consistently great experiences.

This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating day-to-day front of house operations across service, floor, patisserie, and till areas, while supporting the team to maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and customer care.

Qualifications

• Reliable and proactive hospitality professional with a passion for service.
• Comfortable working hands-on on the floor and leading by example.
• Experience in hospitality venues or clubs preferred.
• Strong presentation, cleanliness and organisation standards.

We’relooking for a Front of House Team Leader to join our Catering team,taking the lead during service and helping our team deliver consistently greatexperiences for our members and guests.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll work alongside the team while coordinating day-to-day operations across our front of house service, floor, patisserie, and till areas. You’ll play an important role in keeping service running smoothly, supporting team members and maintaining high standards across customer service, presentation, cleanliness and organisation.

If you enjoy being on the floor, leading people and staying one step ahead during a busy service, this could be a great opportunity to develop your hospitality leadership experience.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
