Job summary

SRG Hospitality, Ripples Chowder Bay in Mosman, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations with a hands-on, customer-service driven approach.

You will recruit and train staff, maintain high performance standards, ensure HACCP compliance, and manage a rotating roster including weekends. The role offers permanent full-time hours with a salary package of $90,000 to $130,000 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification and/or 1-3 years of relevant employment experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• High standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and passion for cooking.
• Sound understanding of HACCP & Food Safety Regulations.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
