Job summary

Leahey Auto Group in Orange, NSW is seeking a Service Manager / Front of House Manager to lead our award-winning service team and drive premium service standards for Ford, Isuzu, Hyundai, Land Rover and BMW vehicles.

You will report to the Dealer Principal/General Manager, oversee service advisors, streamline paperwork, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced dealership environment.

We are looking for a highly driven and motivated person to join our team as a Service Manager / Front of House Manager.

As our Service Manager / Front of House Manager, you will report directly to the Dealer Principal/General Manager and join a dynamic and supportive management team. This management role incorporates a strong focus on workshop efficiency and productivity, whilst maintaining a strong team culture and delivering our customers a premium service experience.
