Job summary

Ausenco is seeking a confident Front of House Coordinator to create an exceptional experience at our West Coast and Africa office, based in Perth. This full-time, permanent role sits within Travel & Office Administration and reports to the Senior Manager, Travel & Office Administration.

You will be the welcoming, professional point of contact, build relationships across teams, manage front-of-house operations and support travel and finance teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional, client-facing or business support role.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues.
• Build relationships across teams and respond to requests with tact and solutions-focused approach.
• Manage front-of-house operations, meeting room bookings, and shared spaces.
• Coordinate calls, deliveries, couriers and mail efficiently and discreetly.
• Oversee office supplies and PPE, ensuring a well-presented workplace.
• Provide light coordination support to travel and finance teams as needed.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues and escalate when necessary.
