Kings Creek Hotel on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking an Experienced Front-of-House Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this role you’ll oversee daily operations, maintain high presentation standards, drive training, manage cash handling across Gaming, TAB, and F&B, and become proficient with NOWBOOKIT and Bepoz.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a restaurant, pub or bar venue.
• Current Victorian RSA.
• Gaming Licence & RSG Certificate.
• Valid National Police Certificate.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape a positive workplace culture for your team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring top-notch service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism.
• Ensure ambiance and quality standards are consistently at their best.
• Master NOWBOOKIT and Bepoz for bookings and POS.
• Handle cash movements in Gaming, TAB, Food & Beverage; manage schedules and admin.
