Job summary

YOMG is seeking a hands-on Front of House Manager to build a capable team and deliver an outstanding guest experience every day. You will lead the front of house across people, service, sales, labour, cash and venue presentation, collaborating with Back of House and venue leadership to turn opportunities into clear actions that keep guests welcomed and teams succeeding.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, retail or quick-service operations.
• Confidence managing rosters, labour, cash and operational performance.
• Strong coaching, communication and performance-management capability.
• A practical, visible leadership style and genuine care for the guest experience.
• Availability across the roster required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop front of house supervisors and team members.
• Plan rosters, deployment and training in line with trade forecasts and labour budgets.
• Own hospitality, service speed, order accuracy, guest recovery and front of house presentation.
• Review sales, transactions, average transaction value, labour and guest feedback.
• Manage cash, banking, consumables, stock, waste and loss-prevention controls.
• Execute promotions and new product launches accurately.
• Maintain food safety, workplace safety, cleaning, security and employment compliance.
