Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts' Angourie Resort in Yamba area invites a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations at Tides Kitchen & Bar, delivering modern Australian dining with genuine hospitality in a coastal setting.

Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, you will coach teams, create rosters, manage service across restaurant, café and bar, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining RSA standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Restaurant Manager or Lead Food & Beverage role.
• Front-of-house experience in hospitality venues.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.
• Experience managing rosters and labour costs.
• Current RSA certification.
• Available Tue–Sat roster with day/evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all front-of-house operations across Tides Kitchen & Bar, the café, kiosk and bar outlets.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences that drive positive reviews, repeat visitation and guest loyalty.
• Train, mentor and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Create a positive and engaging team culture focused on service excellence.
• Develop and manage rosters aligned to business demand and labour budgets.
• Manage ordering and stock control for the kiosk, café and beverage operations.
• Oversee bar operations, including RSA compliance and beverage standards.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Head of Food & Beverage to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve service standards, efficiency and guest satisfaction.
