Job summary

Saddles Mount White on the Central Coast is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to be the senior presence on shift, moving between the Restaurant, Caravan and Barn to maintain standards during busy periods.

You will lead the front of house team, handle guest moments, and ensure safety, cash handling and compliance while reporting clearly to the Venue Manager. The role suits an existing supervisor or a FOH team member ready to step up, with opportunities to grow within the intimate property.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front of house team across the Restaurant, Caravan and Barn to uphold standards during busy periods.
• Set the tone each day, handle moments that matter to guests, and resolve issues with judgment and grace before they become complaints.
• Oversee safety, security, cash handling and compliance across the property during your shift, and provide clear, reliable reporting to the Venue Manager.
