Job summary

Saddles Mount White on the Central Coast is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to be the senior presence on shift, moving between the Restaurant, Caravan and Barn to maintain standards during busy periods.

You will lead the front of house team, handle guest moments, and ensure safety, cash handling and compliance while reporting clearly to the Venue Manager. The role suits an existing supervisor or a FOH team member ready to step up, with opportunities to grow within the intimate property.

Job description

Restaurant Supervisor is the Homestead's senior presence on shift: part host, part operator, part problem-solver. When the Senior Managers are on property, the Precinct is yours. You will lead the front of house team, move between the Restaurant, Caravan, Barn, and make sure the standard never slips, whether it is a quiet Tuesday or a full house on a long weekend.

You will set the tone at each day, handle the moments that matter most to guests, and resolve issues with judgement and grace before they become complaints. You will also hold responsibility for safety, security, cash handling and compliance across the property during your shift, and provide clear, reliable reporting to the Venue Manager.

The position reports to the Senior Managers and suits an existing supervisor or a front of house member ready to step up, with plenty of opportunity to move within our intimate and ambitious property.
