Job summary

EML is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business based in Adelaide. This part-time receptionist role (building services officer) puts you at the frontline of the national front desk, greeting visitors and handling calls with a professional, friendly manner.

You will be on site four days per week, supporting meeting rooms and general office inquiries, and assisting the Building Services team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated experience in a reception, administration or call centre environment.
• Full Australian working rights without restriction.
• Excellent phone manner & attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience.
• Answer and direct calls through the national phone line, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently.
• Monitor and respond to general enquiries received through the national shared inbox.
• Support the day-to-day operation of reception and front-of-house services, including meeting rooms, visitors and general office enquiries.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider Building Services team as required.
