EML, a leading workers compensation and personal injury claims firm based in Adelaide, is seeking a Dispute Claim Specialist. You will support injured workers through the dispute resolution process with empathy and a focus on service.

This permanent, full-time role offers flexibility to work from home once fully trained, with ongoing training and career development in a values-driven workplace. You will build strong relationships and contribute to positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong and empathetic customer service focus with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Background in customer service, mediation or personal industry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships and provide a high level of customer service to various stakeholders
• Undertake ongoing reviews in relation to entitlements, payments and medical expenses
• Tailored and empathetic delivery of adverse outcomes to all relevant stakeholders
• Provide support to the Dispute Resolution Officer to assist in the timely resolution of matters before the South Australian Employment Tribunal

Bring your customer service skills and in return, you will be fully trained to manage a portfolio of injured workers who need your ongoing support. As a Dispute Claim Specialist you will play a key role in supporting injured workers throughout the dispute resolution process, providing an empathetic customer experience.

This will be a permanent, full-time position based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

Your Responsibilities
