Job summary

Select Chiropractic in Melbourne's west is looking for a warm, professional receptionist to greet patients, manage bookings, answer calls, handle payments, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

You will be the friendly first point of contact, ensuring a positive patient experience while supporting a team of chiropractors. Part-time hours are 25–30 per week, with shifts across Monday to Saturday and a pay rate of $31–$36 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; healthcare or hospitality a bonus.
• Outgoing, energetic and extroverted; able to multitask.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and MS Office.

You'll be the concierge of our clinic. You'll create a warm, welcoming reception area, look after an awesome team of chiropractors, and help patients from the moment they walk in. Day to day you'll:

About you

• A people person: outgoing, energetic and on the extroverted side
• Super organised, a strong communicator and able to multitask
• Quick learner with good computer skills (Microsoft Office/Windows an advantage)
• High standard of personal presentation
• Shares our values around health and natural, holistic care
• Customer service experience required; healthcare or hospitality a bonus

Experience in a similar setting is preferred, but the right fit for our team matters most. Weekly training is provided, so come ready to learn and grow both professionally and personally.
