Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in front office or guest services preferred.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be well-presented and client-focused.
• Excellent communication and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Portage of guest luggage to and from suites.
• Assist reservation inquiries with rates, availability, packages and facilities and services on offer.
• Check guests in and out accurately and promptly.
• Greet all guests and use guest names at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information on local attractions.
• Answer calls within three rings in a professional manner.
• Set up guest accounts and reconcile cashier floats at shift end.
• Document transactions and alterations to accounts/reservations.
• Communicate guest requests to appropriate departments promptly.
