Griffin Hospitality is hiring across multiple Brisbane venues including Coorparoo, Eagleby, Beenleigh and New Farm. We have opportunities for Chefs at all levels, from Commis to Head Chef, with a focus on skill development and leadership within growing teams.

Qualifications

• Aspiration to grow in culinary career across roles ranging from Commis to Head Chef.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsabilités

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes to venue standards.
• Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation across all menu items.
• Collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent service.
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with requirements.
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, receiving deliveries and minimizing food waste.
• Supporting menu development, specials and seasonal offerings where appropriate.
• Managing food preparation and service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture.
• For senior roles, overseeing kitchen operations, rosters and stock control.
