Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly guest service while supporting Heartists.
• Ensure consistent presentation of food items.
• Share ideas in daily shift briefings.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Coordinate with Executive Sous Chef and outlets manager regarding collaborative feedback.
• Observe hygiene standards in the restaurant.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper rotation of products.
• Have full knowledge of menu items, daily features and promotions.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies in handling food and beverages.
