efm Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Specialist based in Ormeau, Queensland. You will manage daily freight movements, provide insights to Major Account Managers, and build lasting client relationships within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification or 2+ years experience in Customer Service.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Resilience, passion and ability to work at pace and under pressure.
• Motivation and energy with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experience results.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the day-to-day movement of freight within your portfolio.
• Provide insights into freight movements and potential issues to Major Account Managers.
• Review and report on daily freight movements.
• Resolve enquiries to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Escalate priority issues relating to your accounts as needed.
• Build long-term relationships with your account portfolio across various industries.
