LogiHire Pty Ltd is seeking an SDR for a founder-led international freight forwarder based in Sydney. You will identify importers/exporters, qualify leads, and book meetings for the Business Development team, working closely with directors and the sales group.

There is a clear path from SDR to BDM for the right person, with mentorship from the founders and an energetic, tech-enabled environment. You’ll grow in a role that rewards outbound initiative and resilience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in outbound sales, SDR, BDR or similar target-driven role.
• Comfortable on the phone and talking to business owners and decision makers.
• Strong written communication for email and LinkedIn outreach.

Responsabilités

• Researching and building target lists of importers and exporters.
• Outbound prospecting by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualifying leads and booking first meetings for the BDMs.
• Following up inquiries and warm leads quickly.
• Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date.
• Hitting weekly activity and meeting targets.
• Sharing market feedback with the sales team on what's landing and what isn't.
