You will coordinate shipments, answer inquiries, and resolve issues, upholding our reputation for reliability.

Based in Sydney, this office-based role offers a pathway to growth within a global security logistics provider.

Qualifications

• Need to deliver exceptional customer service in freight forwarding.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Organizational ability to manage documentation and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high value transportation including imports/exports.
• Prepare and submit import/export documentation adhering to customs laws.
• Liaise with customs brokers, ABF, clients, and internal teams to resolve clearance issues.
• Maintain effective communication with Brinks depots and affiliates, domestically and internationally.
• Record and address any quality problems through designated channels.
• Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, referring to a manager when needed.
• Ensure shipment details are accurately recorded in systems and documents filed.
• Coordinate with Airlines, Cargo Handlers, and Customs to expedite transport and clearance.
• Coordinate Air Cargo Automation requirements to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
