Job summary

FRMSTAFF is seeking an experienced freight forwarder for our Sydney-based role. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure SOP adherence and monitor shipments daily, updating CRM records and approving shipments as needed.

The ideal candidate has well-developed freight forwarding experience in the Australian market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a professional corporate presentation. Join a global company with ongoing career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers & internal teams to ensure adherence to SOP's
• Monitor process flows and look for areas of improvement
• Update all customer records in CRM system
• Monitor purchase orders - daily basis
• Ensure all urgent shipments are handled efficiently
• Monitor and keep clients updated with shipment statuses/exceptions
• Processing all shipment approvals & forwarding rates
• Ensure customer review calls are completed weekly
• Providing assistance and resolving customer complaints regarding service issues
