Job summary

Lendi Group is seeking an experienced sales leader to partner with Franchisees across Australia, driving growth, coaching leaders, and expanding the franchise network. You will broker outcomes, support recruitment, and champion excellent customer experiences while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship-building across a diverse stakeholder network, and a willingness to travel regularly to support regional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales leadership, franchise management, or business consulting within multi-site environments.
• Proven experience coaching owners or teams to improve commercial performance and customer outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to turn performance data into action.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by partnering with Franchisees to improve sales performance, broker productivity, customer outcomes, and regional growth.
• Coach and develop Franchisees to strengthen leadership capability and achieve key targets.
• Grow the network through recruitment, broker growth, store expansion, renewals, succession planning, and market representation initiatives.
• Champion customer excellence by embedding best practices that improve experience, conversion, and settlement outcomes and operational excellence across stores.
• Lead change and adoption by rolling out new products, tools, systems, and initiatives across the network.
• Build trusted relationships with Franchisees, brokers, and internal stakeholders to influence performance and long‑term success.
• Monitor performance and drive improvement using data and insights to identify opportunities and implement plans.
• Promote risk and compliance by helping Franchisees meet standards, obligations and regulatory requirements.
