Job summary

Lendi Group is seeking a Franchise Performance Coach to help grow one of Australia’s largest mortgage broker networks. You will partner with Franchisees to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a highly relationship-focused role with substantial travel to engage with franchise stores. You will coach franchisees to unlock potential through strategic planning and adoption of Lendi Group initiatives, supporting growth across the

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales leadership, franchise management, or multi-site environments.
• Proven coaching to improve performance and outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen and data interpretation.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Experience leading change and embedding initiatives.
• Knowledge of mortgages/property/retail financial services.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth: Partner with Franchisees to improve sales performance, broker productivity, customer outcomes, and growth.
• Coach and develop Franchisees: Provide strategic coaching to strengthen leadership and execute business plans.
• Grow the network: Support recruitment, growth, renewals, expansion, succession planning.
• Champion customer excellence: Embed practices that improve customer experience and outcomes.
• Lead change and adoption: Roll out new products, tools, initiatives; drive adoption.
• Build trusted relationships: Develop partnerships with Franchisees, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and drive improvement: Use data to identify opportunities and implement plans.
• Promote risk and compliance: Help Franchisees meet standards and regulatory obligations.
