Job summary

Lendi Group is seeking a Franchise Performance Coach to grow and elevate one of Australia’s largest mortgage broker networks. You will partner with Franchisees to drive business growth, coach brokers, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across the Aussie network.

This role is highly relationship-focused with about 50% travel to Franchisees, offering strategic coaching and alignment with Lendi Group initiatives. A strong background in franchise management and mortgages is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales leadership or franchise management.
• Experience coaching business owners or sales teams to improve performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret data and act on insights.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills; travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth: Partner with Franchisees to improve sales performance and broker productivity.
• Coach and develop Franchisees: strengthen leadership and execute business plans.
• Grow the network: support franchise recruitment, store expansion, renewals and market representation.
• Champion customer excellence: embed practices to improve customer experience and outcomes.
• Lead change and adoption: roll out new products, tools, and initiatives across the network.
• Build trusted relationships: work with Franchisees, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and drive improvement: use insights to identify opportunities and implement plans.
• Promote risk and compliance: help Franchisees meet standards and regulatory obligations.
