Job summary

Just Cuts is seeking an energetic Franchise Business Coach to work with Franchise Partners, helping them build profitable, sustainable businesses. This field-based role offers variety and autonomy as you travel across NSW and QLD, understanding partners' businesses, spotting opportunities and turning plans into measurable results.

You will become a trusted advisor who challenges thinking when needed, supports marketing and brand initiatives, and ensures consistent customer experiences

Qualifications

• Experience in franchising or multi-site operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with KPI, P&Ls and business performance data.
• Experience coaching business owners or leaders to achieve better results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to have constructive and sometimes difficult conversations.
• Initiative, energy and drive, with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organisation and follow-through.
• A current driver licence and willingness to travel.
• Experience within franchising, retail, hair, beauty or consumer brand is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coach Franchise Partners to improve sales, profitability and business performance
• Use KPIs and financials to identify opportunities and drive action
• Work with Franchisees on business planning, productivity, client growth and retention
• Help Franchise Partners implement marketing, retail and brand initiatives
• Support Franchisees to build capable, engaged and productive
• Visit salons regularly and help Franchise Partners deliver on their business plans
• Identify businesses requiring additional support and help develop practical improvement plans
• Support new Franchise Partners, salon openings and business transitions
• Drive engagement with Just Cuts training, campaigns and network initiatives
• Support consistent brand standards, compliance and customer experience across the network
• Be an important connection between our Franchise Partners and the Just Cuts Head Office.
