Job summary

Drummond Golf is seeking a commercially minded Franchise Business Partner to support NSW franchise partners and help them grow sales and profitability. You will work in the field across NSW, using data-driven insights, coaching, and influence to deliver sustainable commercial outcomes while protecting brand standards.

The role focuses on developing business plans, coaching partners, and driving performance across multiple retail locations, with travel in the NSW area and a car allowance provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience in franchise support or related commercial advisory roles.
• Experience in business development, multi-site retail operations, or regional management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Franchise Partners to develop business plans, sales strategies, and growth initiatives.
• Analyse business performance, financial results, and key retail KPIs to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide coaching on sales, profitability, labour, inventory, and operational performance.
• Support Franchise Partners to build capable teams through recruitment, onboarding, training, and leadership development.
• Drive compliance with brand, merchandising, operational, and customer experience standards.
• Advise on inventory management, stock control, shrinkage reduction, and business risk management.
• Act as the key link between Head Office and the franchise network, supporting the implementation of commercial and marketing initiatives.
