Job summary

Drummond Golf is seeking a State Franchise Development Manager for NSW with a remote work setup. You will partner with franchise partners to develop business plans, analyze KPIs and coach on sales, profitability and operations.

Travel across NSW is expected, with a car allowance provided and a focus on growing store network. You will bring 3-5+ years in franchise support or related commercial advisory roles, strong financial acumen, and proven experience managing budgets and multi-site KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience in franchise support or similar commercial advisory role.
• Proven experience managing P&L, budgets and multi-site KPIs.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to turn data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Franchise Partners to develop business plans and growth initiatives.
• Analyse performance, financial results and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
• Conduct business reviews and coach on sales, profitability, labour, inventory and operations.
• Support Franchise Partners with recruitment, onboarding, training and leadership development.
• Drive compliance with brand, merchandising, operational and customer experience standards.
• Advise on inventory management, stock control, shrinkage reduction and risk management.
• Act as the key link between Head Office and franchise network to implement commercial and marketing initiatives.
• Build relationships and influence outcomes through coaching rather than authority.
