Job summary

Provender Australia is seeking a Franchise Development & Partner Success Manager to attract, qualify and onboard new franchise partners while nurturing an existing portfolio of franchisees. You will manage enquiries, lead discovery sessions and guide candidates through the recruitment process.

You will also oversee onboarding, partnerships growth and regular business reviews, working with internal stakeholders to support partner success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a franchisor environment (essential).
• Experience in franchise recruitment, franchise development, franchise operations or franchise support.
• CRM experience, ideally HubSpot or a similar platform.
• A proactive, organised and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage franchise enquiries and recruitment activities from initial contact through to onboarding
• Conduct discovery meetings, candidate assessments and qualification discussions
• Guide prospective partners through the franchise recruitment process
• Manage the recruitment pipeline through HubSpot CRM
• Support the onboarding and launch of new franchise partners
• Build strong relationships with an existing portfolio of franchise partners
• Conduct regular business review and support discussions
• Identify opportunities for partner growth and network improvement
• Work with internal stakeholders to support partner success
