Job summary

Drummond Golf seeks a commercially minded Franchise Business Partner to support NSW franchise partners in growing sales and profitability. Based in the field, you’ll coach owners, analyse KPIs, and drive brand standards across stores.

Responsibilities include developing business plans, conducting reviews, and enabling teams through recruitment and training, while travelling regularly across NSW. Car allowance provided.

Qualifications

• You’ll be an experienced commercial leader with a passion for helping business owners succeed.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in franchise support or related commercial advisory roles.
• Proven experience managing budgets and multi-site KPIs.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen turning data into insights.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Experience in franchise environments with independent owners is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel NSW; car allowance provided.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Franchise Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to our Franchise Partners in NSW, helping them grow sales, improve profitability, enhance customer experience, and build high-performing businesses.

This is a newly created role based in the field where you’ll work closely with franchise business owners across your region, using data‑driven insights, coaching, and influence to deliver sustainable commercial outcomes whilst protecting Drummond Golf brand standards and operational excellence.

About You

You’ll be an experienced commercial leader with a passion for helping business owners succeed.

We’d like you to bring to this role:

• 3-5+ years’ experience in franchise support (sporting goods experience would be advantageous), business development, regional management, retail operations, or a similar commercial advisory role
• Proven experience managing P&L performance, budgets, and multi‑site retail KPIs.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
• Exceptional relationship‑building, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Experience working within a franchise environment and partnering with independent business owners would be looked upon favourably
• Confidence presenting performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
• You will need to have a current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout the NSW area. A car allowance will be provided.
• Knowledge of golf would be advantageous
