Job summary

Drummond Golf NSW is seeking a State Franchise Development Manager (NSW) to partner with franchise owners, driving sales growth, profitability, and customer excellence. Based in the field, you’ll coach partners, review performance, and lead regional growth while upholding brand standards.

You will collaborate with franchise partners, manage budgets and KPIs, and travel regularly across NSW. Experience with franchise environments and driving business results is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience in franchise support or similar commercial advisory role.
• Proven experience managing P&L performance, budgets, and multi-site retail KPIs.
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Franchise Partners to develop business plans and growth initiatives.
• Analyse performance, financial results, and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
• Conduct business reviews and coach on sales, profitability, labour, inventory, and operations.
