Job summary

Team Global Express Pty is seeking a General Manager, Sales – NSW to lead the NSW sales function, drive growth and strengthen customer relationships. The role focuses on strategic direction, commercial leadership and delivering sustainable outcomes across the NSW market.

You will develop sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, coach a high-performing team and monitor performance to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in sales/commercial roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience in commercial, logistics, transport or related environments.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and significant sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NSW Sales function with strategic direction and leadership.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow customer base and opportunities.
